Ashira (she/her) is the ideal coach for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to simplify their lives, amplify their power, and focus their energy for maximum impact. Ashira has also served in several leadership roles, including as the Founder of Perfect Ten Coaching.
Having navigated several career shifts and entrepreneurial ventures, Ashira is especially passionate about helping clients nurture, cultivate, and grow their ideal lives. Clients consistently praise her ability to quickly build trust, which allows impactful coaching to happen from the very first session. Trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, Ashira blends equal parts intuition, strategy, and training into a holistic approach often described as playful, calming, and results oriented.

Originally from Nebraska, Ashira has also lived in the Florida Panhandle before settling in the D.C. region. Her personal journey—rooted in practicality, scarcity, and a desire to fit in—has evolved into an alignment with abundance, courage, and authenticity. These experiences give Ashira a deep understanding of the demands of leadership and the courage it takes to transform both personally and professionally.
