Leadership Presence Studio is a business name of Perfect Ten Coaching LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Leadership Presence Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through leadershippresence.studio (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you take the Watermark Reflex Check, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or book a call, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, your quiz responses and result, and anything you choose to include in a message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. 

Email engagement information. Our email platform records whether you open our emails and which links you click. We use this to understand which content is useful and to maintain our email list.

We use your information to:

1. Send you the Reflex Guide that matches your quiz result.
2. Send you our newsletter and other emails you have agreed to receive.
3. Respond to your messages and schedule calls you request.
4. Understand how visitors use the Site and improve our content and services.
5. Maintain the security of the Site and comply with our legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us. These include:

1. Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which stores our email list and sends our emails.
2. Calendly, which schedules calls you book with us.
3. Website hosting provider, Bluehost, which hosts the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.

4. Email choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at ashira@leadershippresence.studio. After you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages related to a service you requested, such as a scheduled call.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function. We also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. How long we keep your information

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: your consent, for our newsletter and marketing emails; our legitimate interests, for operating and improving the Site; and the performance of a service you requested, such as delivering your Reflex Guide or scheduling a call.

Your information is stored and processed in the United States, where our service providers operate. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site and our emails may link to websites we do not control, such as Calendly or social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
