The most accurate picture you'll get of how you truly lead.

The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360-degree assessment that puts your own view of your leadership side by side with how the people who work with you experience it. Available for individual leaders or full teams.

What makes this different:

Most 360 assessments measure what you do.

THIS MEASURES WHAT YOU DO AND WHAT'S DRIVING IT UNDERNEATH: THE BELIEFS AND ASSUMPTIONS RUNNING THE BEHAVIOR YOU CAN'T SEE FROM INSIDE YOUR OWN HEAD.

An image of a leadership circle

It's the only 360-degree assessment that measures both domains on one instrument, your Creative Competencies (the behaviors that build trust, results, and strong teams) and your Reactive Tendencies (the self-protective patterns that quietly work against you under pressure), and shows how each one connects to the other.

It's the closest you'll come to seeing your leadership the way other people actually experience it.

How it works:

1

Assessment

You complete a self-assessment. The people who work with you, your manager, peers, and direct reports, complete the same one about you, rating the same 29 leadership dimensions.

Results

Your self-score and their combined scores land on one graph, so you see immediately where your self-image matches how you actually come across, and exactly where it doesn't. Every score is a percentile, so you know exactly how you compare to other leaders.

Feedback

You get more than a score. Everyone who rates you also writes about what's working and what to develop, in their own words.

The anonymity is what makes it honest. Peer, direct report, and even multi-manager feedback lands as one group average, so no one has to soften what they say about you.

It's only when a category comes down to a single person, most often one manager, that their feedback comes to you directly, because there's no group to blend it into.

This will reveal where your
self-perception is dead on, and where it's a blind spot.

You'll see which of your real strengths are landing the way you think they are. And the one pattern most leaders can't see in themselves: whether you default to over-controlling, over-accommodating, or over-guarded when the pressure is on, and what that's quietly costing your effectiveness.

How it's delivered:

Every assessment includes a debrief conversation to walk you through your results.

The debrief is followed by a separate belief-work session. We trace the belief behind your default pattern under pressure, where it came from and why it still runs the show, then reframe both the belief and the behaviors around it into ones that work for you instead of against you. It ends with a development plan you can act on right away.

From there, the plan becomes the starting point for coaching, giving you and your coach something real to work from instead of a guess. Or the starting point for a team engagement, giving everyone precise language for exactly what they're working on, instead of the vague catchall of "leadership."

See the gap between how you lead
and how it lands.

A short conversation to talk through whether this is the right starting point for you or your team.
